Sometimes(in fact, often), the simplest combos are the best ones, and this one is no exception. Basically, Astral Barrier allows you to switch an attacking monster's target from your monster to yourself, whilst Spirit Barrier protects you from battle damage whilst a monster remains on your side of the field. With these two cards set up on your side of the field, you'll be able to protect your monsters from attacks whilst also preventing yourself from taking any damage, sort of like a permanent Waboku. However, you may wish to watch out for Gladiator Beasts. With a single attack, they can summon a Gladiator Beast Bestiari and take down your combo. Throw in a G.B. Hunter, though, and your opponent will find it hard to do much.
