Well you use HD's and Salvages to sift through your deck and eventually get coelicanth out 1 way or another. Then use his effect to summon 2 royal swamp eels and 2 other level 4s to get 2 level 8 synchros and a giant fish breathing down your opponent's neck, or storm with the Coelicanth's effect. Then, if you want to/can, Bring out your god to really cause some damage
